Please note that while we strive to ship our hats with a full charge, occasionally they may get switched on during transport, leading to a drained battery. If your hat doesn't turn on upon arrival, don't worry! Just pop the LED light out of the hat and plug it into a USB charger. The light will blink to indicate that it's charging, and once it stops blinking, you'll know it's fully charged and ready to go!
